TREE

I am your Lark,

Born on a different tree

Made for You - my Tree.

Born together, but parallel.

Have flown for so long,

To find You and perch on You.

Can You understand?

That in this vast Existence,

We are in this moment?

My Tree, my feathers love You.

I will fly on my own.

For sure.

But rest on You is

What all of Time has come to be.

My Tree, albeit tiny,

Take my feathery hug.

You are my muse

For this chirpy song.
